All of us has a hero in life, its not only our parents, friends or our bestfriend but also it can be our teacher.
The teacher is our second parents in school. Aside from our parents, the teachers also help us to shape or to form the good manners of a students. They are the one who guide us in achieving all our goals in lie and they are the models of good manners to a students. The teachers are heroic person because of their sacrifices to the students like me. They are sharing their knowledge to us and that knowledge will be used for our future. They also exercises the mental muscles of the students,so they can make challenging decisions, find their way in the world and become and independent. I thank my teachers for giving their time, energy and talent to ensure the brightest possible future for each of us. And also for sharing their knowledge to us and for being part of our journey in life.

"MY MODERN DAY HERO"
All of as has their own modern day hero, a hero that will served as their inspiration in life. A hero that served as the reason for that reason to achieve his/her goals in life.
Like me, i have my modern day hero and that is my parent. Their are my inspiration in life to achieve my success. they are doing their obligations or responsibilities as parents to their children. As parent, they are doing their very best to give our needs in school and to just finish our studies. Because they want us to have a better life someday or in the future. They are also sacrificing to work just to have our daily allowance in school even though they are already tired. My parent is my inspiration in life because without them i am not here also in this world were i am standing still. So i thank God because he gave me a parents like them who always care for us.

"My Reaction About the SONA of Mr.President"
My reaction about the SONA of President Noynoy Aquino last July 25,2011 are the following. First, he discuss more on the bad things done by the last administration. From his first SONA, he said that "kayo ang boss ko" but he didn't fulfill what he had said to the people. Second, why was up to now there were still corruption.

Isulong ang Breast-Feeding
Bakit mahalaga ang breast-feeding sa mga sanggol? Ang breast-feeding ay mahalaga dahil sa mga masusustansyang kinakain ng mga nanay ay siya ring naiinum ng mga sanggol.Tumutulong din ito sa mga sanggol upang maging malusog at matibay ang kanilang pangangatawan.Huwag bumili ng mga powdered milk para mas panatag at mas sigurado ang kalusugan at kaligtasan ng mga sanggol. Upang maging malusog at di sakitin ang sanggol, ang unang patak ay dapat madide o mainum sapagkat itoy nagbibigay katiyakan. Ang gatas ni nanay ay masustansya laging may protina. Ang tanging halaga ng gatas ni nanay dapat yan ang laging nating kaagapay ang bitaminang naibibigay. Ang breastfeeding ay maluwag sa bulsa dahil hindi tayo gumagamit ng pera upang makuha ang sustansya na nanggagaling dito bagkus tayo ay nakakatipid pa. Bilang estudyante sumulat ako ng ganitong essay upang maipaikata ko ang pagtulong ko upang isulong ang breastfeeding sa ating bansa.
